Your booking process includes two steps:

Step 1:  BOOKING REQUEST

  1. Fill in the BOOKING REQUEST form.
  2. Make the payment for our administration fee (see our rates here)
  3. Your secure payment is made via PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account; you can pay with your bank card).
  4. Once your request is paid and received, we will process it in 24 – 48 hours (the next stage).

Step 2: BOOKING CONFIRMATION

  1. You will receive a confirmation email including: availabilities, timetables and the balance to be paid for your tickets.
  2. You will make the payment of the balance as soon as possible (in less than 24 hours from the moment you receive our confirmation email).
  3. Once we receive your payment, we will buy the tickets you require.
  4. We will send you your train tickets via the shipping service you previously chose.
IMPORTANT It is not possible to book any train tickets for the following routes: Bangkok – Ayutthaya, Bangkok – Kanchanaburi, Bangkok – Sukhothai, Chiang Mai – Sukhothai.
Nonetheless, we provide transportation by private car to these destinations. We specialise in all types of land and maritime transportations and we provide booking or connecting services by train or boat for a large number of itineraries in Thailand. The administration fee for this service is the same as for the train tickets booking. In order to benefit from it you can use the same booking form and tell us about your choices – bus, boat, private car – in the “we are here to listen to you” field.
